Description: 1 bdr, 1 bath, and 1 extra "sleeping loft" ocean front unit on top floor (Sleep 5). Queensize bed in bedroom / and fullsize bed + full sofa-bed on loft. There are two swiming pools, big gardens, prpivate parking area, 24 hr security, etc. From condo to downtown there are approx. 2 miles and to airport, there must be 16. Buses and taxis run and stop just in front of condo all day long, approx. every 15 mins. It's not a tourist complex. In fact,only another guy and I rent our condos to tourists. The rest are local families who stay here permanently, like myself, so we'll be neighbours ! |

Amenities: It has color TV, radio-casette-cd player, fully equipped kitchenette, (micro and electric toaster-oven, blender, coffee maker, electric range, dishware, pots and pans, 20 lt. purified water jug...) linnen, bath and pool towels, hair dryer, iron, etc. Air conditioning, ceiling and floor fans and a balcony overlooking The Hotel Zone and beautiful Isla Mujeres ! |

Activities (on site or nearby): The condos are within walking distance from very typical & picturesques restaurantes ( like for 'locals' ) and from the "PUERTO JUAREZ" Ferries that cross you to Isla Mujeres. Also from a laundry and a couple of small groceries stores. But downtown you' ll be able to find big chains ofsupermarkets, such as Sam' s Club, Wall-Mart, Costco, etc. and the buses will take you there as well as to The Hotel Zone, from door of condo. The condo is also very near from some small ruins (El Meco), but there are plenty of main ones : Tulum, Chichenitza, Coba... within driving distance for a day trip tour. I' ll give you a list of several options and I can also arrange your tours when you are here, should you be interested. And it is just 5-10 min away from all the action of restaurantes, discos, cantinas, shopping malls, etc. There's plenty to do in Cancun: water ski, windsurf, snorkeling, diving, golf, tennis, water park, ecoarqueological parks ... an endless list of activities! |

Rates (in US Dollars): Price for 7 nights : $600.-usd / 14 nights : $1,120.-usd / 1 month : $1,615.- The reservation deposit is 50 % of total rent. There is a $300 US dollar security deposit required, which is fully refundable before you leave, once the condo has been checked and assuming everything is in proper order. There is a cancellation fee of $110 US dollars. If cancelling within 60 days of stay, the fee will be 25% of total rent and if cancelling within 45 days, you will lose 50%.
