To go to the pool, push 1 in one of two elevators. Once at pool level, walk down 8 steps to the beach where you can try body surfing or just enjoy swimming in the warm water. Punta Negra Condominios houses 34 condos only 3 of which are permanent residences, so it is a quiet building. |

Amenities: There is a king-size bed in master bedroom and two twins in guest room. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and there are ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area and A/C in bedrooms. The second bedroom has a balcony which faces the jungle and the master and living areas have a balcony which extends the length of the condo, affording a magnificent view. There is a living room, dining area and full kitchen, two telephones, television, maid service twice a week, linens provided, outdoor barbeque in pool area and 24 hour security. |

Activities (on site or nearby): Parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, world class fishing, canopy adventure where you can pretend you're Tarzan, mountain bike excursions, horseback riding,six golf courses, tennis, jungle excursions, art tours, many art galleries (it's becoming known as a cultural art center). Don't miss the art walks. There are also private home tours and city tours, day cruises to otherwise inaccessible beaches, exciting night life and excellent first-class restaurants with mucho ambiance; dining under the stars at the beach, high on a hilltop, beside a river or on the edge of a cliff. |

Rates (in US Dollars): June 1 - Oct. 31 - $600 per week Nov. 1 - May 31 - $1000 per week Middle of Dec. to end of first week in Jan.- $1250 per week Rates negotiable for longer stays. The deposit is one-third of total rental fee and is due at time of reservation. An additional one- third is due sixty days prior to your departure. Thirty days prior to your departure, the balance of the rent is to be received by me. At that time I will send you an information packet. A personal check is fine. In the event of cancellation there will be a cancellation fee of $100. If the cancellation, is made forty- five days or less from date of departure, the total amount paid will be forfeited, or it may be applied to a future rental. |
